Fleet Certification
Combining web-based Hazard Perception Analysis with PTP, we assess each student’s Driver’s Risk Factor (DRF). By assessing a fleet’s high-risk areas, we can more easily tailor a training program that removes the risks facing by those drivers, while embedding the correct mental and physical training needed to reduce that risk.
Canadian Pro Drivers provides:
- Training by an educationally-based company, backed by Masters in Education
- Strong focus on safety
- Modular-based, vehicle-specific, hands-on training
- Less time away from work for the driver
- Small driver-to-teacher ratio – 10:1 classroom, 5:1 in-vehicle training
- Better-trained, knowledgeable employees
- Cost-effectiveness – better retention gained in a shorter period of time
- A safer work environment for drivers
- Reductions in collisions rates by up to 63%
- Overall reduction in injuries, larger cost savings and lower liability exposure
Many companies base their driver training on physical skills. Canadian Pro Drivers programs are focused on enhancing a driver’s mental skills so they don’t break concentration, become distracted and forget about safety.
